Cross Country is a fall sport that anyone can participate in! Seasoned or novice runners are all welcome to join us as we prepare for Zone, SOSSA and potentially OFSAA cross country meets throughout the months of September, October and early November.
Practices will consist of a variety of training techniques such as distances, sprints, intervals, hills and easy runs. There are 7 divisions in cross country that range from midget girls to senior boys which also includes an ID (Intellectually Disabled) division . Each group will train with the team but workouts will be modified to individual abilities.
